Easy Fruit & Nut Loaf (using condensed milk)

This cake was baked and shared by Marion at a recent working bee - very yummy and such an easy recipe :)



Ingredients


1 can condensed milk

1 cup warm water

1Kg of fruit & nuts - anything you have

2 cups SR Flour


Method


Mix together condensed milk, warm water and your 1Kg and leave in the fridge overnight.

The next morning mix in the flour and pour into loaf tin (or maybe a few smaller ones to allow for freezing or sharing).

Bake in oven at around 180C until firm to touch (approx 30 mins)
